1. Booking conditions
To reserve accommodation:
pay the deposit in the percentage requested by the booking system by paying it by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer;
pay the balance up to "n" days before arrival, as required by each advertised property. The balance can be paid by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer or according to different agreements.
Every booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract, both for the client and for the owner.
You can send an availability request and wait for an answer. Alternatively, you can book directly online by following the instructions available on the site. Following the request, a (non-binding) offer will be sent with the booking methods. Direct booking from the site is confirmed immediately if payment of the deposit is also made by credit card or paypal. If payment is not made at the same time, the reservation is not automatically confirmed. If the payment is not made within the required time, the reservation is intended as null. The reservation becomes binding for customer and owner only when proof of payment of the deposit is given. The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail and a summary voucher to be shown upon check-in.
Booking confirmation implies acceptance of "3. Cancellation and deposit terms".
2. Payment: General Conditions
In case of failure to receive payment information by bank transfer or the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation is null. The same applies to the balance. In case of non-payment of the balance according to the scheduled time, the reservation will be canceled.
As envisaged by the Italian civil code in art. 1385, the deposit will not be returned in case of cancellation or non-presentation, according to the details of the paragraph "3. Cancellation and deposit policy". Payment methods accepted: Cash, Bank transfer, Credit card, Paypal. Send the copy of the bank transfer receipt via email.
3. Cancellation policy and deposit
Any cancellation of reservation must be communicated in writing.
As specified in each accommodation.
No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken, he is therefore required to pay for the entire booked stay.
No Show (no-show): In case of no-show, the entire amount of the cost of the stay will be withheld.
