Tenuta della Pergola is the most exclusive accommodation offered within the Hiresicily property. This configuration combines three independent houses set within the same Mediterranean garden, comfortably hosting between 12 and 18 guests. Guests have access to two private heated swimming pools.
The estate is located only 350 meters from the sandy beach of Lido di Noto, on the south-eastern coast of Sicily, and is surrounded by more than 25,000 square meters of gardens filled with lemon trees, olive trees, Mediterranean fruit trees and numerous tropical plants.
Each of the three houses is independent and positioned just a few meters apart, allowing guests to enjoy shared outdoor spaces while still maintaining privacy and autonomy. This layout is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or small private gatherings.
Guests staying at the estate can pick fresh organic fruit directly from the garden, including lemons, oranges, mandarins, clementines, grapefruits, figs, pomegranates, mulberries, persimmons, apricots, peaches, bananas, feijoa, mango, avocado, guava, cherimoya, black and white sapote, passion fruit, papaya and many other varieties. Seasonal vegetables are also grown in the garden.
The centuries-old olive trees produce excellent extra virgin olive oil, which guests may have the chance to taste together with fresh produce from the garden. A small group of hens also lives on the property, and guests can collect fresh eggs daily.
All houses offer the comforts required for a relaxing stay: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, smart TVs, barbecues, garden furniture and large outdoor spaces where guests can spend time together.
The property was designed with environmental sustainability in mind. Heating and cooling are provided by high-efficiency heat pumps, windows are double-glazed, lighting uses energy-efficient bulbs and photovoltaic panels generate more energy than the property consumes.
Both private pools are available 24 hours a day throughout the year.
From October 1st to April 30th, the use and heating of the pools is not included in the rental price and requires an additional fee:
• Non-heated pool: €30 per day for each pool
• Heated pool: €60 per day for each pool
From May 1st to September 30th, the pools are included in the rental price. Pool heating can still be requested for €40 per day per pool.
