We have a small production of extra virgin olive oil from our old and big olive trees. You can see the olive trees in all corners of our property. Some trees are five hundred years old.
In late September or early October we harvest the olives and we transform them in extravirgin olive oil.
This production is enough only for enjoy us and our guests.
The production is organic. No chemical fertilizer and pesticide.
Tasting notes: full-bodied, intense and brilliant green color in shades of pistachio. A bouquet of elegant and harmonious fragrance. Fresh mint leaves and basil, a touch of aromatic sage, thyme, oregano, orange blossom, with hints of green citrus like lemon.
The attack on the palate is full, in the mouth is ample, fresh, spicy and long lasting with a pleasantly bitter and spicy.
